In general, all of our products are shipped the most economical way which is usually UPS ground or Fed Ex ground.

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the product and the zone that it is being shipped to. A general guideline would be $9.95 for items weighing 1-3 pounds up to $79.95 for items weighing 91-100 pounds.

If an exact shipping price is needed before ordering, please send an email tocustomerservice@cutekidsshop.comwith the item(s) number, quantity and description and we will be happy to assist you.

All items should be inspected for damage when delivery is made. Any damage must be reported within 10 days to customerservice@cutekidsshop.com. Remember to keep all original packaging for shipment back to the manufacturer. Please do not ship any damaged item back until you obtain approval.

In general, all sales are final. Some suppliers will take items for return within 30 days of order but will assessed a 15% - 20% restocking fee plus customer will be required to pay return shipping.
